Baker's Pledge provides custom baking services, including but not limited to cakes, breads, pastries, and catering services for events and special occasions.

Order Policy

All custom orders require advance notice. Wedding cakes and large catering orders require at least 2 weeks notice. A deposit may be required for large orders.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon order completion unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved payment methods.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Custom cake orders may have different cancellation terms.

Limitation of Liability

Baker's Pledge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
